# Acknowledge

Acknowledge (`frmAcknowledge.aspx`) is used to enter WCB or DCBS case numbers for unacknowledged cases, toggling between WCB Numbers and DCBS Numbers list views.

## Entry conditions
- Menu navigation from any screen; no case context required.

## Fields
